cineSync 5 supports OTIO files, and it can reference any number of files.
To use and load the OTIO file, you simply need to add it from the ‘Playlist’ menu or drag’n’drop it onto the cineSync Play playlist while providing that all the media is accessible.
cineSync will be told where to pull it in from, and the files will be loaded automatically. (With OTIO files, you always need to have the media added.)
Please note:
-
Currently, it is not possible to reorder or change the OTIO file in cineSync, and it loads as it is.
-
And if you are using OTIO for Sync Review, you also have to make sure that you have the OTIO file with media on both ends.

As a new feature, cineSync 5 now also enables you to export your File Sequence(s) as an OTIO file(s)
